If you are a new customer, I will set up a complimentary 'meet and greet' with you and your pets.
This is to ensure I have all the pertinent information to successfully care for your pets, signed contract we agree upon, any questions answered, keys exchanged,
and payment options discussed and secured. At this meeting, I will also provide you with my proof of background check, business insurance and certifications.
3. VERIFY & CONFIRM
I will verify my availability and confirm your appointment.
4. LEAVE THE REST TO ME!
